How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, add your favorite treasures to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You don't need an account to shop with us!
Are the accessories durable?
Yes! We carefully select our materials to ensure they sparkle for a long time. However, like all jewelry, we recommend keeping them away from water and perfume to maintain their shine.
What if an item I want is out of stock?

Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
We offer a flat rate of 7.00 DT for deliveries all across Tunisia.
How long will it take to get my order?
For Greater Tunis, it usually takes 24-48 hours. For other regions, expect your delivery within 2-4 business days.
Can I open the package before paying?
Absolutely! We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. You can inspect your items in front of the courier before finalizing the Cash on Delivery payment.

How can I pay?
Currently, we offer 'Cash on Delivery' (Payment on delivery). You pay the courier in cash when your package arrives at your doorstep.
Do you accept bank transfers?
